2. User Accounts & Security

To purchase or download digital products, you must register for a verified account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account credentials strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities and transactions that occur under your account.

3. Digital Product Licensing

When you purchase a digital product on CODEPXP, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable license to use the item in accordance with the specific license tier selected:

  • Standard License: Grants you the right to use the item for one (1) single personal or commercial end-product where end users are not charged a recurring fee to access the product.
  • Extended License: Grants you the right to use the item for one (1) commercial end-product where end users are charged to use or access the product (e.g., SaaS platforms, paid software applications).
  • Redistribution Prohibition: You may not resell, sub-license, redistribute, share, or offer the source code as a standalone item on any other website or marketplace.

4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

All prices listed on the platform are in USD (United States Dollars) unless specified otherwise. We accept payments through secure payment gateways (including Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Flutterwave, and cryptocurrency). You are responsible for any applicable local taxes, VAT, or transaction fees associated with your purchase.

5. Instant Delivery & Access

Upon successful payment confirmation, digital product files, documentation, and license keys are delivered instantaneously to your user dashboard. You may download your purchased files anytime during your active account lifecycle.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Attempting to bypass security mechanisms, access unauthorized server endpoints, or decompile platform assets.
  • Uploading malicious code, trojans, spyware, or copyright-infringing material.
  • Sharing purchased license keys or download links publicly.
  • Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting support first.

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All software codes, designs, graphics, audio, trademarks, and documentation published on CODEPXP are the intellectual property of CODEPXP or their respective verified authors. All rights not explicitly granted in the license agreement are reserved.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Digital products and platform services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. CODEPXP does not warrant that software items will meet your specific custom requirements or operate completely error-free on unstated hosting environments.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CODEPXP, its officers, employees, or author partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use purchased items. Total platform liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific item in question.

10. Modifications to Terms & Governing Law

We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
